Practice Detachment

Over the past 48 hours, I've had a very succinct message come through that I'd like to share. This message was depicted by the King of Swords (in this instance ruled by Uranus), which kept falling out from two or three decks (the King from two decks and Uranus from two decks). It's significant because the Autumn Equinox is upon us, highlighting access we have to the Otherworld, but also the beginning of a new "phase" which will take us through until Winter Solstice. I am going to translate into words the message.

"Dear Friends and Family,
     You have a challenging time ahead of you in your material reality, which will take you up until the Winter Solstice. You are about to get tested in new ways, and even as some of you will see this as a continuation and progression of the previous months and might even remain untouched by it all, others will see this as a brand new phase and be genuinely surprised as events unfold. As all things in your reality, these events will have a positive element as well as a negative element.
     As always, we ask that you focus on the positive. We would like to ask you not to over-analyse what happens, and not to come at events in a reactive or destructive way. It is a time to keep emotions in check and try to find a deeper strength that is based more on an altruistic overview of life on earth, and your connection to that. This will be hard, because some of you will be very angry and your immediate and most pressing feeling will be to lash out and blame someone - anyone. It is easy to think, 'If they hadn't acted like that, this would not have happened.' But this is not the whole truth, we promise. And pointing the finger will only encourage fingers pointed at you. 

     "Our advice is to study the King of Swords and try to carry this archetype: he (or she) who uses reason and logic, not as a crutch, but as a way to confirm and understand the realm of aether (mind and consciousness). This king has total control over all aspects of the life he is fighting for, understanding the game inside out; when to play, and when to not. He is a master of legal matters and strives for justice in all he does. We suggest you may want to embody some of this energy for yourselves at this time and over the next 2 to 3 months. From top down, restrictions will be felt by all. Plan for those restrictions now and do not blame anyone, for there is no blame.
     "Uranus is Gaia's husband, and he would do anything to protect her. He is the only planet in your solar system that appears to have turned on its side, and yet, he has learnt to master this difficulty and can now stand strong amid hurricanes. Uranus, as well as the King of Swords, know how to stand strong in a storm while protecting those he loves. (Uranus might even being the one creating the storms.) Remember, Uranus is a rebel by nature, through and through. He is the individual and the rule breaker; he is the law changer. He is the anarchist and the one who leads his fellow rebels to safety. He is one who succeeds in doing the seemingly impossible.
     "Uranus is also very intelligent. He will teach you to know your subject very well. Whatever it is that you have taken upon yourself to do, study it impeccably before speaking about it. You will not get far taking emotional and reactive actions from now until the Solstice. Fire must be fought with air, but in a masterful way where air does not fan flames. It is a balancing act, there is no doubt about that, but you can do it and you will.
     "Legal matters are being looked at; legal issues will come to the fore as will changes in legislation. Remember, there are both positive and negative aspects to what takes place. Much of it will act as a catalyst for you - collective 'you'. The catalyst is needed, and this is yet another aspect of Uranus - he is the trigger that gets things moving.
     "This is our message to you. Action may well be needed in the next few weeks, but practice detachment and seeing all events from the eagle-eye view - answers will come better then - and do not blame your fellow brothers and sisters. Acceptance that this is your 'present' is crucial. Blame will not change anything in your favour. Only love will do that. And remember that this, too, no matter how intense, is a phase that will pass. What comes next though, is your choice, and you seed that choice now by the reactions you act on. Remember where you come from.
